Cold weather continues to interfere with our Spey Clinics, and we’re planning on a second adjustment to this weekends clinic. We’ve just sent out email to those signed up, so check you inbox. Here’s the nuts and bolts:
After moving the clinic from Saturday to Sun day, the weather forecast for both days has deteriorated even further. Sunday is now forecast to be sub-zero at sunrise, and a high that day of only 17. Combined with the massive amount of floating ice on the river at Craig, and the conditions will be way less than ideal for casting.
SO….
Knowing that some of those who have signed up don’t’ have the flexibility to constantly change their schedule with the weather, we are gong to offer the clinic both this Sunday Feb 9th (focus on the classroom), and next Saturday Feb 15th (focus on the water). Those who have signed up for this weekend may attend both. Please call or email the shop and let us know what you plan to do.
For those who can only make this weekend, we will have an extended class room session, including Q&A to your hearts content. We will try the river, but between iced up guides and slush grabbing your fly and fly line, it won’t be ideal.
