HEADHUNTERS SAYS The new Orvis PRO wader is a burly, performance oriented wader built with a Cordura shell. We are fans of Cordura. It’s very tough stuff. The PRO wader has an excellent organizational system and hand pockets, very sturdy shoulder straps, and unique gravel guards that work great and won’t tear. Prop’s to Orvis for bringing one for the ladies as well as the men at introduction.
Description
The Women’s Freestone Waders were designed with input from Simms’ top female fishing guides and features a women’s specific cut that allows for natural mobility while negotiating rough trails and slick river bottoms. The durable, breathable 4-layer Toray QuadraLam build handles brushy approaches and cold, wet weather. And when it comes to small details that make a big difference, the Freestone includes a large fleece-lined, reach-through hand-warming pocket for cooler weather, a secure chest pocket for essential tool storage, plus a dedicated patch to keep a selection of flies handy at all times.
